Excursion to Kuala Selangor and Sekinchang

1 June 2013 - I went on an excursion with Khong2 and Mah2 together with their Church to Kuala Selangoar and Sekinchang.

I was very excited to be able to go on an outing.

At Kuala Selangor, we are told that there was monkey feeding and I gave lots of food to that monkey (see pix) ... Some aunties shared their keropok, peanuts and biscuit with me to feed the monkeys.

I also made friends and sat with another girl who also has the same name as me.

I managed to visit a rice mill and a fishing village at Sekinchang.

Happy Mother's Day - 12 May 2013

Happy Mother's Day !

Mommy had to go off for a Conference today and I was parked with Mah-mah. Today being Mother's Day, Mah-Mah and Neng-nging had to proxy in for Mommy's abscence... well, better than never !

Church held a Mother's Day luncheon to honour Mothers and after lunch, Neng-Ngu and Neng-nging brought all the children to Subang Jaya. Yay ! I had the opportunity to tag along ...

Mommy, perhaps it was more fun without you around :P

Pressies for the New Year

Neng Ying got a toy for all the children at home as a New Year's gift. See pix.

The toys were arranged in hierarchy of seniority of the children, so mine was the last one - the 1-eye patched kitty. There was scramble for the pink piggy between Cheh2 Princess and Ling-girl but Princess relented and gave her younger sister the pink piggy.

Khor2 Ethan had no qualms that the Green Froggy was his (no arguments !).

I like my kitty and it became my night pet :D

Change is Inevitable

Did anyone spot out what what written on the leaves ? Change ....

It was 1.5 months ago that I had been attending daycare. Aunty Angeline can't take care of me anymore as Yeh2 is very sickly. Today seemed confirmed that time for change is here again when I went to collect my belongings from Auntie Angeline yesterday.

Mummy said to thank Auntie Angeline for all her love and help.

Bird Porridge Anyone ?

Mah-mah has been cooking a mixture of grains (buckwheat, millet and brown rice) as porridge for Khoong-khoong as they are getting old and cutting down purely on rice. I had the opportunity to enjoy the said porridge (which Mah-mah and Khoong-khoong called it "Bird Porridge") on certain days when I with Mah-mah and Khoong-khoong

Reason being is I love rice - a staple food among Asians. Princess Cheh-cheh on the other hand loves bread and I shared my sausage cheese bread with her yesterday when we were on holiday for Nuzul Quran. Thereafter, she became very nice to me :D

It is really educational and helps increase knowlege on grains as Asian just know only about rice, rice, rice.

Hopefully Mummy reads up and feed me well :P cos she only knows to dump everything into the slowcooker and whalla ! feeds me with what popped up in 8-10 hours later on.

Cut-up Pink Piggy

Mummy did a horrible thing last night - she cut open up my Pink Piggy and took out all my 50sen coins which we both have been saving. I was horrified when she showed me a cut-up piggy with an open belly.

To comfort me ... she says that the coins are going to the bank and showed me my new savings account book. Mummy says, "No more 50sen coins after this, save RM1 notes ok ?"

I told Mummy, "Well, as long as all the money is mine ... it is fine by me :P" ...

Now Mummy has to look for a more "friendly" piggy bank for me.

No more cutting piggies up !

Outing to Port Dickson

Mummy took me for a church outing to Port Dickson as she partipated in Alpha. This was suppose to be their Weekend Away.

As for me, I get to go and enjoy the Children's sessions with Aunty FL and Cheh2 Grace and Cheh2 Debbie. We have lots of activities and goodies and pressies laid out. It was a tremendouly enjoyable session.

My room-mate was Cheh2 Jennifer and she told me such interesting bedtime stories and I made Cheh2 Jennifer my best friend.

April's Fools Day, anyone ?

My Mummy's been slack ... she has not been updating my blog at all. Reason she has given me is that she is busy at work ! Apprently, she was asked to help out in the Service Support side of things ... humph, what's a front-end person like her doing with back-end stuff ! She better make sure there is some kind of compensation to me.

Niways, she better buck up in helping me else my blog will be super duper outdated.

Coming back to the date today :) ... is it an in-thing anymore to make a fool of someone on April Fool's Day ? You tell me.

Apple's iPad 2 Revealed

The new iPad model comes with several improvements (over the original version):
- storage space
- internet connectivity
- sleeker and lighter body (with a curved back)

Boo-hoo-hoo and the best (or bad) news is the iPad2 comes as the same price tag as iPad 1, which I have.

Chinese New Year - 2011

2011 is the year of the Rabbit. This year's Rabbit is from the element of Metal, hence Golden Rabbit.

The year of the Golden Rabbit starts 3 Feb 2011. Khor-Khor and Cheh-Chehs are all off from school on 31 Jan 2011 for the week. So I too get to bunk in with them to enjoy the holidays as I am off on the 1 Feb 2011.

Neng-nging bought lots of nice cookies and I was busy chomping them down and lost my voice and have sore throat :( ... this will indeed be a learning lesson to drink lots of fluids if you take lots of chocolate chip cookies !

Mummy Went on Holiday

Mummy went off for holiday and left me with Mah-Mah. Mummy was gone for the weekend, away for her 1st company trip (though she has been with the present company coming to 5 years).

I managed quite well without Mummy and missed her terribly in the evenings, however Cheh-Cheh Princess and Ling-Girl Cheh-Cheh were very, very nice to me. And Neng-nging also helped pacify me during the nights.

Of course I was not afraid of Khong-Khong and Mah-Mah at all. But I am scared of Neng-ngu. Albeit, Neng-ngu brought me along for nice Pizza and I enjoyed myself very much.

Mummy returned on Sunday and she kept her promise of getting me my Pink Pokka Chocolate sticks, t-shirt and cholcolates :) Thank you, Mummy.

School was closed for 2 days to celebrate the Deepavali holidays. I gave Teacher Kasturi and Teacher Indra Deepavali cards :) which I personally penned my name.

Happy Birthday, I am Four !

I asked Mummy for a Tweety Bird Birthday Cake this time round as I celebrated my fourth birthday. Mummy and I brought the Cake to school for the cake cutting thingy ... And I also found out that 3 Nov was also another girl's birthday at school. That means there were 2 cakes to share with everyone ...

Auntie Angeline brought me birthday shopping today (cos yesterday she had no car) ... even after she has given me a birthday angpow together with BJ Por-Por next door yesterday. I had a jolly fun time choosing all my birthday presents with Auntie Angeline:

Khor-Khor Mark's Wedding

October 16, 2010 was suppose to be School Concert Day for me, but I had to give it a miss cos I attended Khor-Khor Mark's Wedding instead.

Mummy brought me to the Church Wedding and I was so well behaved this time round as compared to last year when I attended Khor-Khor Calvin's wedding. I also managed to meet up with Khor-Khor Mark's Mummy who has been longing to meet up with me since Mummy mentioned to her about my existence :P

The buffet food was excellent and I even got a piece of the Wedding Cake.

Visiting Por-Por Alice

With the school hols here, Mummy is quite liberal with me keeping late nights. Last night, Mummy took me to visit Por-Por Alice. I have not seen her since May, 2010 and I have missed her.

Por-Por Alice was very happy to have me over and allowed me to play with all of Belle-Belle Mei-Mei's toys :) ... and I even got a gift from Belle-Belle's Mummy :D :D ... Belle-Belle however was not around and I was a little disappointed to have missed her.

I had dinner again at Por-Por Alice's and she is great at cooking up flavoured soups for me and Mummy.

Mummy gave her a mooncake voucher and Por-Por Alice gave me a very delicious pack of yellow-gold kiwifruits. Yummy !

I told Mummy we should visit Por-Por Alice more frequently and she say ok ... now I am waiting for the long school holidays to come in November-December 2010.

Fish Feeding

I went fish feeding last weekend. It was quite fun to see the fishes fighting for food and opening their big mouths when you throw the food in. Majority of the fishes were catfish. They were huge and kinda ugly looking.

Neng-ngu and Neng-nging bought us, kiddies each a loaf of bread and a packet of fish food for the fish feeding session. That means we get to feed the fishes by managing the all the food we have. I finished 1st though, with all the food diminished the fastest. And I had to borrow from Khor2 ... he was generous enough to share with me :)

Thereafter, we proceeded to MacDonald's for lunch. Yummy chicken nuggets and fries with Ribena :) for everyone !

My First Hair Cut at Salon

Mummy took me to Aunty's Andrea's today for a professional hair cut today ... my first official visit to the salon :)

Aunty Andrea was very nice to me, after having cut and shaped my hair, she did a really nice thing - she had my hair all tied up very professionally and I really looked great :)
