Growing Up

Boy, Oh Boy ... can't believe that all the year-end festivities and celebrations are over and the new year's here ... Oh, btw Happy New Year 2008 to all who read my blog :D

What did all the time disappear ? Heh, heh, heh ... must be enjoying myself too much at home bullying my papa ... he has to give me my neng-neng, help me with my poo-poo, watches tv and reads to me and happiest of all, he takes me to the swimming pool park twice a day ... Yay!

But tomorrow i will have to go back to school ... i dont know how the new school term will turn out for me (but i will be a senior among the "less than two years olds" parked upstairs) ... i hope i dont lose my privileges being a baby, hai ... tsk, tsk, tsk, talking about growing up !

Mummy is planning to transit me over to Isomil Plus Advanced Eye-Q and i hope i will like it ...
In the meantime, please remember to take your neng-neng as it is good for you.

How Time Flies !

... to keep me at home (Papa will be promoting this book) :P

I have been staying at home for Papa for nearly 2 weeks now as my daycare had been closed for the year-end holidays. Mummy is just glad that i have grown as Papa has to eventually learn how to "manage" me ... they both have no choice ! Hah !
I have been naughty and have already broken my Papa's drinking glass (from Ikea) and today, i broke my Mummy's porcelain clock, a decorative piece (from Isreal). Thank God, Papa didn't wallop me. Mummy will be very (i use the word "very") upset if Papa ever wallops me ... but it is ok if Mummy were to wallop me herself ... hmmm, i wonder why ... talk about equality ?

Niways, I am enjoying the tail-end holidays of year 2007 ... Wah, soone another 365.4 days will be gone ... Cherrio !

Happy New Year Wishes to you all (in advance) !

2) Occasional
3) Compulsive
4) Harmful

Compulsive and Harmful ? No! No!

Hee, hee, hee, happy nose picking :P (i.e. if u r not caught by ur papa or mummy)

Drought

Water supply was cut from K Block 2 days ago ... at time of writing there is still no water ...

Residents have been cursing and swearing at the Management for poor maintenance. Boy, you should see how people carry water in buckets just to survive the past 2 days and we are entering Day 3 today ...

My poor papa also joined the crowd to get some water for the house. Thank God we could go to Granny's house which is nearby to shower and get some water ... else we will be like fish out of the water ...

At times like this, i really want to thank God for providing clean nice water in Malaysia ! Let's not waste ...

Why do you need a CAKE for your birthday ?

Oh well, i can't quite figure it out why there seems to be a need for a cake to commemorate a birthday ...

So i googled up history of birthday cakes - whalla http://www.tokenz.com/history-of-birthday-cake.html Apparently, it was believed that the tradition of Birthday cake started in Germany in Middle Ages where sweetened bread dough was given the shape of baby Jesus in swaddling cloth and was used to commemorate his birthday. Very interesting.

The website also comments about birthday candles, here you go - read more about it http://www.tokenz.com/birthday-candles.html

Well, its really another 12 Days to Christmas (from today) ... mummy, are we getting a cake for Jesus ?

Are you Frosty ?

"Frosty the Snowman" is a popular Christmas song written by Lexi & Jerry Rollins and Steve Nelson and recorded by Gene Autry and the Cass County Boys in 1950. (to find out more http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frosty_the_Snowman)

Everyone was trying to get a snapshot of "Christmas" at the Curve 2 weekends ago while the decorators were STILL putting up the place. As usual, mummy and papa being kiasu were trying to "get in"... but as i didnt like the weird settings and something pricked my fingers as i was trying to figure out what it was - i started crying "get me out of here !"

so, mummy and papa had to move away and i discovered - Frosty :) and enjoyed him all to myself ... yay
